This is our annual fundraising event and is a great way to support Luke 10 Ministries. Individual seats, tables and corporate sponsorship are available. How will you decorate your table?
Doors open at 10 am and a silent auction will take place during this time. Following the silent auction will be the luncheon. The luncheon will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Our guest speaker this year will be singer/songwriter and Women's Ministry Speaker, Kesha Parish. Special music by Brimley Newsome. We will also discuss how your past contributions and support have helped Luke 10 Ministries to make a difference in Mitchell County and surrounding areas. We will also discuss our future plans to continue to serve those in our community. Please join us on November 16th for fun, fellowship and food.
This event will take place at First Baptist Church of Pelham.
Platinum-$1000-Table and up to 8 guests
Gold-$500-Table and up to 8 guests
Silver-$300- Table and up to 4 guests
Bronze-$150- Table and up to 2 guests
All Corporate Sponsorships will be recognized during and after event, including but not limited to facebook and website. Platinum and Gold Level Sponsors will be recognized on our billboard as well. Every level is qualified to enter the tablescape contest. Additional seats are available for $10 in advance or $20 at the door.

Tables are $100 and include 4 seats and entry into contest
The theme for the tables this year is centered around Fall.

The fee provides entry into the tablescape competition and 4 seats at your table. Additional
seats can be purchased for $10 in advance. Reserved cards will be placed at the 4 seats plus
any additional seats that are purchased.
Luke10 Ministries will provide the table, 8 chairs, and a white tablecloth. We will also provide a
plate for guests to eat on and a glass or cup to drink from. They will not be using your dishes
or glasses/cups.
Each exhibitor must provide dishes, drinkware, centerpieces, plastic cutlery and tablescape
décor for 8 seats.
The tables can be decorated on Friday, November 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tablescape judging will take place on Saturday, November 16 prior to 10 am. The judging
criteria includes creative interpretation of theme and the visual impact.
The 2024 tablescape themes are fall blessings, bountiful harvest, and autumn nature.
The prize amounts are $150 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place.
Flame burning candles are prohibited.
Luke10 ministries was founded in 2017 with the goal of engaging all believers in Christ to
embrace the opportunity to meet the spiritual and material needs of those in our communities.
We fund the operations of the Alpha Pregnancy Center Camilla, camp scholarships for children
and youth, biblical counseling and more.
