This is our annual fundraising event and is a great way to support Luke 10 Ministries. Individual seats, tables and corporate sponsorship are available. How will you decorate your table?
This year we will also be hosting a preview party on November 14th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm for all those unable to attend the Saturday
This event will take place at the First Baptist Church of Pelham. With doors opening at 10:00 AM and the event beginning at 11:00 AM. Our speaker this year is Dorita McCracken. Prior to our speaker there will be a silent auction and brunch.

All Corporate Sponsorships will be recognized during and after event, including but not limited to Facebook and website. Platinum and Gold Level Sponsors are qualified to enter the tablescape competition and will be recognized on our billboard as well.
Individual Tickets are $20 in advance.
Tables are $100 and include 4 seats and entry into table scape competition.
The 2025 tablescape theme is “Seasons” from
Ecclesiastes 3:1—For everything there is a season.
This year for our Eat, Drink, and Be Like Mary event there will be a preview event on Friday, November 14th from 5:30pm-7:00pm. This will allow those that are unable to attend the main event on Saturday to still get to view the gorgeous tablescapes that our sponsors and supporters have worked so hard on! No ticket is necessary, but donations are accepted to help support our ministry. Refreshments will also be provided.
An added bonus to attending the preview event, is getting to vote on our People's Choice award! This is only open during the preview event!
The fee provides entry into the tablescape competition and 4 seats at your table. Additional
seats can be purchased for $20. Reserved cards will be placed at the 4 seats plus any
additional seats that are purchased. Platinum sponsors receive 8 seats at the table.
Luke10 Ministries will provide the table, 8 chairs, and a white tablecloth. We will also provide a
plate for guests to eat on, a glass or cup to drink from as well as plastic cutlery. Participants will
not be using your dishes, glasses/cups, or silverware for the meal on Saturday.
Each exhibitor must provide dishes, drinkware, centerpieces, silverware and tablescape décor
for 8 seats. Before the event on Saturday morning, exhibitors may choose to remove their
dishes, drinkware, and silverware.
Flame burning candles are prohibited.
The tables can be decorated on Thursday, November 14 from 2:00-6:00 p.m. and Friday,
November 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tablescape judging will take place on Friday evening at the preview party. The judging criteria
includes creative interpretation of theme and the visual impact.

The prize amounts are $150 for first place, $100 for second place, and $50 for third place.
Luke10 ministries was founded in 2017 with the goal of engaging all believers in Christ to
embrace the opportunity to meet the spiritual and material needs of those in our communities.
We fund the operations of the Alpha Pregnancy Center Camilla and camp scholarships for
children and youth.
